The Best of Eastern Canada

toronto canada

This week we are visiting Eastern Canada – Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto as well as Ottawa and Niagara Falls.  From the European-styled, old world elegance of Quebec City to the thundering magnificence of Niagara Falls, you will love every moment of this tour of Eastern Canada.

This is a magnificent view of the Toronto skyline.  Perhaps a visit to the CN Tower and have dinner in the 360 restaurant.

We will be staying two nights each in Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto, as well as one overnight stay in Ottawa.  The great thing about this trip is our tours are included in each city.

One of the highlights of this tour is a visit to Niagara Falls.  We will be taking the Maid of the Mist boat to the base of the falls.  What a thrilling adventure.  Be sure to bring your camera.

Before we visit Niagara Falls we will stop by Niagara-on-the-Lake, a quaint little town with local shops and a charming atmosphere.

Poutine – a dish originating from the Canadian province of Quebec consisting of french fries and cheese curds topped with a brown gravy.  We can not get Poutine in the US.  Have to admit, I have never tried this, but I believe some of our fast food restaurants now sell Poutine.  Give it a try.

I have been to Toronto before and really enjoyed the restaurants and the underground city.  That was my first experience and was amazed what was underground.  Hope you can experience this tour for yourself.
